There are many publications on RSI, or repetitive strain injury, out there. Finding useful information on RSI is not hard to find. Below are a few things to consider when looking for publications on RSI:

· The web has an abundance of material on RSI. Check out newsletters posted on the web.

· www.hse.gov.uk has a few leaflets on their website relating to RSI in PDF format. Or you can call and order publications that are of interest to you from their website.

· If you are interested in the legal side of RSI, you can find publications that cover rulings on RSI lawsuits.

· Finding publications on reducing symptoms of RSI, like stretching in the workplace, can be found on the web.
